(29) Series B and C Chemical Metering Pumps have been an industry standard for over 20 years. The familiar yellow and black pumps have a rugged, totally enclosed, chemically resistant housing for protection in the harshest environments. Encapsulated electronics and a rigid housing and stroke bracket ensure years of precise, repeatable performance. Several control options are available for all applications and budgets.
(10) The Series P Metering Pump is designed for more ecomomical chemical injection. The totally enclosed, chemically resistant housing and encapsulated electronics provide the performance and long life that you've come to expect from an LMI Pump. Dual manual control of stroke speed and length and fixed speed versions are available for simple manual or on/off control.
(3) The Series J5 Metering Pump is designed for remote applications where AC electrical power is unavailable. The low power consumption (1.6 amp average current draw or 19 watts at maximum speed) makes it ideal for agricultural and solar powered installations. Manual control of stroke speed and stroke length or external control of stroke speed by a digital input for flow proportional applications.
(3) The Series H9 Metering Pump is designed for very low output injection into high pressure systems. An electronic pump with a 316 S.S. packed plunger liquid end provide users with all the advantages of an electronic pump in applications where previously only motor-driven pumps could be used. Type “9” control is standard with the stroke speed manually controlled or externally controlled by a digital or milliamp input.
(5) The Series E Metering Pump is designed for use in hazardous environments. It meets or exceeds all standards for Class I, Division I, Groups C and D; Class II, Division I, Groups E, F and G. The rugged, urethane coated, cast housing and encapsulated electronics provide excellent chemical resistance and long life. The stroke speed may be controlled manually or externally by a digital input or a milliamp input with the use of an A to D converter.
